These rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice. There is an additional $10.00 per day charge for each additional person for nightly and weekly guests. Under certain circumstances (see manager), a third person may stay with monthly or seasonal guests, however, a $240.00/mo. additional charge will be assessed. All rent is payable in advance. If rent and/or electric charges are not paid when due, after 10 days, a $5.00 per day late fee will be assessed and you may also be immediately evicted.

  • RESERVATIONS for the 2026-2027 season will open Feb.1 for three (3) month or longer stays and are accepted on a “first come, first serve” basis. Reservations will open March 1 for one (1) or two (2) month stays. Seasonal, nightly and weekly reservations are accepted year round. Failing to call or show up will result in a forfeiture of deposit and loss of reservation. We will extend the start date to accommodate late arriving monthly guests for up to 7 days, however, there is no guarantee we will be able to extend the reservation the same amount of time on the end of the reservation. No particular space is guaranteed for monthly, weekly or nightly tenants.The common facilities will be open from Oct. 15 to April 15 every year. Use of the common facilities may be limited between April 16 and Oct. 15. The pool is heated Oct. 15 to April 15, excluding very cold periods.
  • DEPOSITS & REFUNDS: A deposit is not required of returning seasonal guests. A $50.00 deposit (which is applied to your rent) is required for first time seasonal guests. For seasonal guests who paid their rent in one lump sum and must leave early, they will be refunded the difference between what they paid and what they would have been charged as a monthly/weekly/nightly guest. For monthly guests, a $50.00 deposit (which is applied to your first month’s rent) is required. For nightly & weekly guests, the rent for your entire reservation must be paid at the time you make your reservation. This rent payment, however, is non-refundable if you fail to cancel your reservation in advance. There is a cancellation fee of $10.00 for nightly and weekly guests and a $50.00 cancellation fee for monthly and seasonal guests. All guests: if you leave early, pro-rata refunds are not given, you still must pay your final electric bill and we may lease the space immediately.
  • ELECTRIC = billed monthly at .22 cents per KWH for monthly and seasonal guests. Guests who wish to leave before 9:00am must have a valid credit card on file so we can charge your final electric bill. You must pay your final electric bill even if you quit your monthly or seasonal tenancy early.
