Copper Mountain RV Park Pet Rules

Copper Mountain is pet friendly, however, we do not allow more than two dogs, three pets total per RV. Also, we do not allow unusual or exotic pets, as determined by the manager.

You may walk your pets inside or outside of the park, however, they must be on a leash when walking them inside the park. Your pets must be under your control at all times.

It is your responsibility to clean up after your pets always and immediately. Do not allow your pets to “go to the bathroom” on another tenant’s space or property.

Pets are not allowed in or around the main building or the park recreation areas, except you may bring your pet(s) with you into the office and mail room when transacting business provided you do not allow them to “use the bathroom” in or around the office or mail room.

Never leave your pets outside unattended. Your pets must be inside your RV if you leave your space. You may not leave your pets outside overnight.

If your pet is aggressive towards people you will be asked to leave. If your pet is aggressive towards other pets, you may be asked to leave. Also, if your dog barks excessively, if you do not pick up after your pets, or if you don’t use a leash inside the park, you may be asked to leave.

Your pets must be vaccinated and should be spayed or neutered, if possible.
