TENANT RESIDES IN SPACE UP TO 179 DAYS & LEAVES SHED AND/OR UNIT ON SPACE FOR ENTIRE YEAR. Payment for the seasonal rate must be paid in one lump sum payment* OR may be made in monthly payments of $220.00 per month over six consecutive months. There are no other payment options for seasonal tenants. *5% discount if seasonal rate is paid in one lump sum.

We have a limited number of “pull thru” spaces which are only available to our nightly and weekly rates.

Monthly tenants may hold over in the spring (March, April 2019) at a discounted rate of $20.00 per day.
All rent is payable in advance. If rent and/or electric charges are not paid when due, after 10 days, a $5.00 per day late fee will be assessed. You may also be evicted.
For the 2018-2019 season reservations will open February 1, 2018 and are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis. The common facilities (rec hall, public gym, library, laundry room) will be open from October 15 to April 15 every year. The common facilities will be closed yearly between and including April 16 and October 14.
A deposit is not required of seasonal tenants. For seasonal tenants who paid their rent in one lump sum and must quit their tenancy due to hardship, their tenancy will be converted to a monthly/weekly tenancy and they will be refunded the difference between what they paid and what they would have been charged as a monthly and/or weekly tenant. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for four, five and six month tenants. The deposit and your space will be forfeited if the first month’s rent is not received by November 1, 2018. For all other tenancies, and for monthly reservations after November 1, 2018, your first rent payment is required to reserve your space in the park. This rent payment/deposit is non-refundable except in instances of hardship, as determined by the manager, however, a $50.00 administrative fee will be retained. If you have to quit your monthly or weekly tenancy early, pro-rata refunds are not given and we may lease the space immediately.
.17 cents per KWH plus $2.00 meter reading fee. Guests who wish to leave before 8:00am the morning of check out may have their meter read the night before, however, an additional $5.00 will be assessed. You must pay your electric bill even if you quit your monthly or seasonal tenancy early.
